Shipping & Returns

Our robes and dressing gowns take approximately 5 business days from receipt of order and will be delivered to you via complimentary UPS Ground Service. We also offer expedited shipping for those customers who require it. The stated delivery period within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order. If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in installments if certain items are out of stock. We will inform you if an item is out of stock and when it will be available. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order.

Returns & Exchanges – If you would like to return your robe, please email us at concierge@soffiab.com and we will email you a FREE returns label. Please pop the robe into the box it was sent in and send the complete package via UPS. For exchanged items, please email us at concierge@soffiab.com and we can arrange for a replacment robe to be sent to you.

If there is a lengthy delay for any reason we will contact you to ensure you would still like us to send the item to you, or we will refund your money.

International Orders

We offer flat rate shipping of $50 to mainland UK, for all other countries please contact us at concierge@soffiab.com for latest rates and shipping times. At this time international orders are not covered by the complimentary returns policy and any duties or taxes incurred will not be refunded.

Payment

Payment will be taken immediately at confirmation of your order. SoffiaB accepts most major credit/debit cards. Please be aware on your credit card statement your charge will be shown as PumpkinB, as SoffiaB is the official brand of PumpkinB LLC.

All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
