SoffiaB accepts most major credit/debit cards. Please be aware on your credit card statement your charge will be shown as PumpkinB, as SoffiaB is the official brand of PumpkinB LLC.
All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
The stated delivery period within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order. If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in installments if certain items are out of stock. Payment will be taken immediately after confirmation of your order.
We will inform you if an item is out of stock and when it will be available. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order.
If you would like an exchange or refund, please return the package in its entirety using the FREE returns label and popping it to the UPS service and we will be happy to refund your money. For exchanged items, please email us at email@example.com and we can arrange for a replacement robe to be sent out.
If there is a lengthy delay for any reason we will contact you to ensure you would still like us to send the item to you, or we will refund your money.
